The PinChain PC-330A is a medium-to-large capacity horizontal dough mixer designed for commercial bakeries and industrial food plants. Developed with Japanese precision engineering principles, the machine features 3 sets of double-roller mixing rods that simulate hand-kneading action to rapidly form gluten without causing tissue damage. Equipped with a jacketed double-layer mixing bowl and an external chiller system, it ensures strict control over dough core temperature. It is well suited for processing toast dough, burger bun dough, specialty pastries, and dense bakery fillings.
